Often consulting services can be written into grant proposal budgets as a personal services/consulting line item, where as grant preparations services are not allowable in most grant proposal budgets (consult your grant guidance or grant funding source). TTM can assist your organization with many program related consulting services at a reasonable fee.
Preparation of required program reports is a unique service that TTM provides (financial reports are not included). TTM has found that grant preparation is not the only issue with acquiring and maintaining grant funding. To continue to receive or to be in the position to apply for the funding again the agency must prove to have had performed successfully under the conditions of the grant. Longevity is needed with most programs to improve the chances of having positive outcomes with services to any target group. TTM strives to assist community programs to be successful at attaining funding, maintaining and expanding programming, and delivering quality programs to the community. While the customer is still responsible for carrying out the responsibilities of evaluating, coordination the activities, and documenting the results of the grant, TTM can facilitate and produce the (quarterly and/or year end) reports.
Community Development/Mobilization services are important for effective programs. While providing services for the community it is important to have the community input and by in with the program. Documentation of such a process surrounding the project you are seeking funding for will add needed credibility and data for your grant proposals in the future. Community Development/Mobilization services include: community needs assessments, recruiting community members and leaders for planning committee, focus groups for program and/or program materials, documentation of the process, media/public relations, and garnering community and stake holder involvement.
Program Coordination and Implementation services fill the void when personnel benefits are a barrier to staffing for an agency due to budget concerns. TTM provides program coordination and implementation services depending on the scope of the program.
Training on effective program reporting, collaboration and networking, writing goals and objectives, and grant preparation (for federal electronic submission, federal, state, foundation, and local grants) are added services that TTM provide.
Facilitation, Consultation, and Entry of Information into the Columbus Foundations' PowerPhilanthrophysm system:
TTM will work with your organization to prepare/develop your organization's profile for the abovementiond donor and grants system with the Columbus Foundation. The fee is $300 for all clients. The success of this process is based upon cooperation from the client in providing TTM with necessary information in a timely fashion. The fee is due at the completion of the service and/or according to the agreed upon contract between TTM and the client.
Grant Opportunity Search Subscription:
TTM will search for grant opportunities specific to your organizations needs weekly. Upon finding an opportunity for your organization TTM will notify you of the details of the opportunity, promptly. This service is offered on a 12 month term for a fee of $50.00 for the 12 months.
Community Resource Link Subscription:
Your organization can place a web link to your website or have contact information and organization description provided on the TTM website for a 12 month term for a fee of $25.00 for the 12 months.
