TTM Community Solutions Consulting, LLC

Grant Writing Services:

An initial consultation to attain information regarding the requirements for the grant, agency history, deadline dates, target audience, management and staff resources, and other important information. The consultation is not expected to exceed one hour. The initial consultation does not obligate TTM to proceed, until the terms of a contract are agreed upon in writing.  The consultation fee is $95.00 per hour.

The grant proposal writing/preparation service consists of the actual preparation of the hard copy grant proposal. Services for preparation will also include research of target audience, description of need for the program in the community, evaluation, and other requirements of the grant.  TTM will develop the grant according to the need of the client.  This service only includes a hard copy and electronic copy of a grant.  The client is responsible for finding the appropriate grant opportunities, unless other agreements are made with TTM.

The client expected to review a draft of the grant proposal and approve it prior to TTM preparing the final copy. Adequate time must be available to TTM to prepare grant proposals at the time of the execution of the contract. One hard and electronic copy of the grant will be provided to the client and the client will be responsible for any other necessary copies.

For the above services, the fees are as follows:

7 page grant =$500

14 page grant = $800

25 page grant = $1,200

35 page + grant = $1,800

If the client would like for TTM to produce the grant and find the grant opportunity, the services and fees are separate.    If an electronic grant application is required, TTM will submit the electronic grant and provide two final copies of the submission. The fee is established at a lower rate to assist the individuals and/or groups apply for a small amount of grant funding with an already small operating budget.

The fee applies to the services provided and does not guarantee or relate to the grant being awarded to the client.

Grants become available at various times (if available at all) and there is typically a time period of up to six months from the time a grant (request for proposal) becomes available to the time successful applicants are selected.  The process is not quick.  The time period normally available to prepare a grant is no longer than 3 months.  If you are not made aware as soon that it is available you could have as little as days or weeks to prepare an application.  TTM typically will not enter into an agreement to prepare a grant without at least 2 months to prepare the grant.

All fees are due at the time of completion of the service and/or according to the agreed upon contract between TTM and the client.

Preparation of required program reports (not to include fiscal reports) for the granting agency/funding resource is an optional service provided by TTM. TTM has found that grant preparation is not the only issue with acquiring and maintaining grant funding. To continue to receive or to be in the position to apply for the funding again the agency must prove to have had performed successfully under the conditions of the grant. Longevity is needed with most programs to improve the chances of success in providing services to any target group. TTM strives to assist community programs to be successful at attaining funding, maintaining and expanding programming, and delivering quality programs to the community. While the client is still responsible for carrying out the responsibilities of evaluating, coordination the activities, and documenting the results of the grant, TTM can facilitate and produce the (quarterly and/or year end) reports. The fee is established at a lower rate to assist the individuals and/or groups with smaller operating budgets.  The fee is $95.00 per hour.
