A quarterly plan progress evaluation will be offered as an additional service to assist the customer with staying on track with their plan, make adjustments to the plan, and or revisit the plan. TTM has found that new start up businesses and businesses expanding to a larger market or increasing their scope of service rarely look back at their business plan after they receive needed funding. The business plan for any type of business is critical to its success. If the business is large or small, it will need to maintain its focus during the increased activity of start up and/or expansion. The plan is a resource tool that the business owner(s) create to conceptualize, analyze, and plan its future activities to create and maintain a viable business. Through the quarterly meetings, TTM can assist the business owner(s) in assessing its process in meeting their projected goals and provided recommendations if necessary.

The consulting services, with the exception of the initial consultation, will be provided through a contractual service agreement. All services agreed upon by both parties will be captured in the service contract. Services will not begin until a contract is signed by both TTM and its customer.
