TTM Community Solutions Consulting, LLC (TTM) is a small company with a vision to improve the economic stability and physical health of the Columbus, Ohio community through grant writing, program planning and development, and training. This will be accomplished by removing potential obstacles to new and existing community programs through grant proposal preparation. Training, and program devlopment and planning are services that are also provided to organizations and churches to improve their economic stability and physical health. Barriers like time, skill, and/or knowledge can prevent a business, church, small hospital, or organization from applying for necessary funding.

The owner of TTM, is Tina Turner-Myers, and she has provided services for grant writing, program development, business plan preparation, and community development and mobilization since 1989. The owner has provided grant writing and program development services while employed at State agencies (in Ohio and California), at non-profit organizations, for community groups and individuals, and as a consultant.

Over the years, she has written over 25 grants to Federal agencies, State agencies, Local agencies, and the United Way. And out of the 25 grants, only two have been denied funding. The dollar amounts for the grant requests range from $30,000 to $600,000. The owner has conducted and coordinated grant review teams and processes; reviewed State and Local grants; developed evaluation rubrics; conducted community assessment, development and mobilization processes; conducted focus groups; provided training on grant writing, community development, and program planning; and provided HIV/AIDS train the trainer sessions. The focus of the grants written by the owner of TTM were HIV/AIDS education and prevention, rape prevention and education, HIV/AIDS counseling, health systems development, crisis intervention, tobacco prevention and education, adults returning to the workplace after retirement (recruitment, training, and placement), small hospital improvement grants to comply with HIPAA requirements and quality improvement, rural hospital Medicare Flexibility grants to improve quality, emergency medical services, and collaboration/networking in critical access hospitals.

TTM has the capable analytical ability, communication skills, experience, and creativity that provide TTM with the advantage over its competition.  The pricing of TTM's services are especially for non-profit community based organizations and faith based organizations.
